- 04No Trakwork works seamlessly across all devices and browsers. It is not an app that requires logging in from one platform. You can log in from any device with your ID and password and submit your timesheets on the go!
- 05Trakwork is essentially used to Track work, and not plan leaves. But suppose you were on vacation and could not use the hours accordingly. In that case, you can submit a timesheet with 0 hours for the week and mention 'vacation' in the comments. This way, you don't miss the timesheet but can plan accordingly for the end-of-year tax receipts.
- 06Trakwork loves you the most but wants you to be disturbed less. So if you toggle the switch to remind you via notification, yes, it will remind you.
- 07Contractors add hours by day/week (based on their contract setup) and submit for approval. Status tracking keeps everything clear.
- 08Yes, Trakwork understands that mistakes can happen, so you have the option to review, edit, and resubmit your information before your hiring manager approves the hours for you.
- 09Once your timesheet is approved, it travels to the finance and accounting team of emergiTEL. Now, they process the approved timesheet, and an invoice is generated. You get notified of it. Once payment is made, you know immediately via Trakwork too!
- 10Yes, Trakwork is an all-inclusive platform for contractors and hiring managers. As a contractor, you can submit your expense directly on the platform simply by filling in the expense details.
- 11TrakWork works perfectly fine for both contractors and their supervisors. When your subordinates submit a timesheet, you get notified via email. You think all is fine with your resource; approve on the go! If you need to verify and check additional details, log in with your user id and password, and voila, you can approve on the go!
- 12Each client gets their own workspace, and their data remains isolated from other clients.
- 13Yes. Client admins can create/manage users within their organization without accessing other clients.
